Moderate residuals of foot injury: Moderate functional impairment from foot injury not otherwise rated; pain and limited function interfering with ordinary activities.

Moderately severe residuals of foot injury: Marked functional impairment, significant pain at rest or with minimal activity, requiring orthotics or assistive devices.

Severe residuals of foot injury: Severe functional impairment significantly affecting ambulation, preventing prolonged standing or walking; may include chronic ulceration or severe deformity.
