Field names below are the real ones.

- Name, ICAO code, region, country, time zone, and the official AFPIMS link for every terminal in the network.
- Upcoming departures
- The next 96 hours, network-wide, with destinationName and destinationCode on every record.
- Times travelers can use
- departureUtc and rollCallUtc, plus departureLocal and rollCallLocal in the time zone the terminal keeps.
- Seats as published
- seatCount exactly as the outlook prints it, with seatRelease and any stops the terminal lists.
- Provenance on every record
- sourcePdfReportedAt for when the terminal published, extractedAt for when we read it, parseConfidence and notes alongside.
- Aircraft type
- Not published in AMC 72-hour outlooks. The aircraftType field exists on every record and is null.

Where does the data come from?
The official 72-hour outlook PDFs that each AMC passenger terminal publishes on its AFPIMS page. They are unclassified, publicly posted documents. VeteranHQ fetches each one every 15 minutes, extracts the flights, and keeps the source publication time on every record.
How fresh is it?
Terminals publish on their own cadence, and gaps of one to six days between updates are normal at quieter terminals. Every record carries both the time the source PDF was published and the time we extracted it, so your product can show freshness honestly instead of implying a live departure board.
What format is it?
JSON over HTTPS. Two resources: the terminal registry and the flight feed (upcoming departures for the next 96 hours plus the last 7 days). Times are provided in UTC and in the local ISO form each terminal keeps. Responses are cache-friendly; the reference guide covers headers and limits.
What does access cost?
Terms are agreed per partner during review and depend on who you serve and how much traffic you expect. Tell us about your organization and audience in the application and we'll come back with specifics.
Can I show seat counts?
Yes, exactly as the terminal published them. Seat figures are often tentative (a "T" suffix in the outlook) and change up to roll call, so show them as published and keep the standby caveat visible.
Can I get access without applying?
No. Access is reviewed case by case so the feed reaches travelers responsibly. Individuals can use the free Space-A hub and email alerts at any time without an account.
Is VeteranHQ affiliated with the Department of Defense or AMC?
No. VeteranHQ is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Air Force, Air Mobility Command, or any government agency. Travelers must confirm flight details with the terminal's Passenger Service Agents before traveling.
