Rating Criteria
Deformity of the penis with loss of erectile power. A noncompensable (0%) evaluation is assigned. However, if the condition is service-connected, the veteran is entitled to Special Monthly Compensation (SMC-K) under 38 USC 1114(k) for loss of use of a creative organ.
Note: The 0% rating is noncompensable but entitles the veteran to SMC-K (~$119/month in addition to other compensation). Must submit VA Form 21-0781 or equivalent. Commonly caused by prostate surgery, spinal cord injury, diabetes, or medications.
