Rating Criteria
Active malignant neoplasm of the genitourinary system (including prostate cancer, bladder cancer, kidney cancer, testicular cancer): While under treatment with antineoplastic chemotherapy, radiation, or surgical therapy; or with active disease. A rating of 100% shall continue for 6 months following cessation of treatment, at which time the appropriate disability rating shall be determined by required residuals.
Note: Following the 6-month period, rate residuals under the appropriate diagnostic code (e.g., voiding dysfunction, renal function impairment). Also review for eligibility for 100% under individual unemployability.
